Keto Chili w/ Ground Beef

A very tasty, beanless, chili that even your picky eaters will love. Full of ground beef, peppers and onions.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 stalks celery finely diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper finely diced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper finely diced
  • 1 medium yellow onion finely diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes finely diced, about 2 medium
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes in puree
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-3 Tbsp chili powder 1 = mild, 3 = spicy
  • 2 tsp erythritol or monk fruit granulated sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large pot, brown ground beef until just done.
  • To the pot with beef, add the onions, celery, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Cook over medium-high heat for another five minutes.
  • Now add the tomato juice, crushed tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and all the seasonings. Cover the pot and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
