Do you miss your oatmeal?


This recipe is a great keto replacement for oatmeal or cream of wheat. It is delicious with some blueberries and powdered erythritol.

No ‘oats’ porridge

Seed based recipe for porridge that is low carb and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 Tbsp collagen peptides
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and stir to combine.
  • Heat over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until thickened and warmed through.
  • Place in a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. I like butter and salt for a savory take or a couple tablespoons of berries and a teaspoon of powdered erythritol sweetener.
