No 'oats' porridge

- 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
- 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 Tbsp collagen peptides
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and stir to combine.
Heat over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until thickened and warmed through.
Place in a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. I like butter and salt for a savory take or a couple tablespoons of berries and a teaspoon of powdered erythritol sweetener.
